I have been in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years and I have spent the last 10 years in the mortgage underwriting department of three major financial institutions. I have approved many mortgages over the years and understand the criteria required when submitting a mortgage application. 

Being able to help borrowers achieve their financials goals, whether it be buying their first home, refinancing their mortgage for the purpose of consolidating debts or obtaining a home equity line of credit for renovating, has been quite fulfilling.
