Have you wondered how a mortgage broker gets paid? Of course you have! Do you fear your payments will be higher or that there is a hidden fee to cover our wages? Not the case!

99% of the time you are not the one to pay the mortgage broker.  We have 30 plus lenders that we can approach to find the very best mortgage package to suit your needs.  The lender that we send the deal to is who pays us directly once your deal has completed.

Now the 1% that do end up paying a fee are clients that have financial situations or credit history that do not allow us to use traditional banks and lenders.  In these cases we would approach a private lender on your behalf to see if alternate financing can be arranged for you.  Any fees applicable will be discussed up front and are not payable until your deal is funded and in most cases we will be able to include the fees in the requested mortgage amount so you do not have to come up with additional funds.  Private lending is used more for refinancing than for purchases but is available for both.
