Patrick Wilson

Dear Sirs, This note is long overdue. Beginning in January of this year, Patrick Wilson assisted me in setting up RRSP and TFSA accounts, getting insurance coverage, arranging for a new mortgage and paying off my debts. Pat was very good at explaining things to me and extremely patient with my countless questions. In the past, I have had fast-paced dealings with banks about my personal financial matters and have walked away with more questions than I went in with and an armload of paper I was expected to understand on my own. I have transferred my RRSP and TFSA from the bank into Pat’s good care and take comfort in knowing that if I have any questions, Pat is only an email or phone call away. During the course of our dealings, Pat conducted our business with utmost professionalism yet somehow kept a warm and friendly atmosphere to it and for that I am grateful. Numbers and financial business are not my forte but Pat was able to get me through unscathed. Hi, I just wanted to drop a review for Pat Wilson who got us a great mortgage deal. We had a rather unusual situation where we were bridging two mortgages to allow us to renovate. There were some more complicated scenarios to deal with and Pat was top notch in terms of finding us the right mortgage and getting us the best possible rate. He also looks out for your best interest, and looks behind the rates to ensure the conditions of the mortgage are favourable (not just the rate).
