As a member of the Mortgage Broker Association of BC (MBABC) and Canadian Mortgage Professionals, I work hard to keep current in this continually changing industry and I embrace all educational opportunities related to the Real Estate and Mortgage industry. 

Over the years, I have really come to love the work I do. There was a time when I thought this was simply a sales job and that the only thing that mattered were the numbers I could show the boss at the end of the day. That all changed when my first clients came back into my office to say hello after moving into their new home. I could see the excitement on their faces and how happy there were to begin the next step of their lives as proud homeowners. The feeling I had that day knowing I had helped them achieve their goal was something that could never be encapsulated on a sales report and nor should it.  

More than a dozen years later I still get the same chills and smile talking to clients about their mortgage goals whether it is a simple renewal, a refinance to pay off debts or wanting to purchase their dream home.
