What I Do!

I was recently at a company function and a guest speaker asked, "What is it that you do?" I had never really considered what that meant other than "I am a mortgage broker"

This is how I answered-After 30+ years in this industry I still get up every day excited about the next new client I am going to meet. I am a expert in paving the road to homeownership for first-time buyers ensuring that it is affordable and comfortable for them in realizing their dream. With the new government, regulations, it is especially important to have me on your side to navigate the guidelines.

people are scared about their future due to debt. Some people are confused about their future because they have no plan. Some people want to buy a recreational property or an investment property or just renovate.

I love helping existing homeowners shape their financial futures, while designing mortgage strategies to help them pay down their debts or create equity for future investment. I eliminate doubts, concerns and hopelessness and replace that with a plan, control and confidence in their future.
