Nick Holloway brings over 25 years of financial services experience to his current role, encompassing corporate banking, derivative trading, and hedge fund administration. Since relocating to Canada from the UK in 2014, Nick has actively invested in real estate. His extensive financial background and hands-on investment experience have made him a knowledgeable expert in mortgage lending, enabling him to help others achieve their real estate aspirations.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from Birkbeck, University of London (UK), and has completed the Mortgage Agent Programme at Seneca College. He is deeply interested in financial markets and continuously studies emerging economic trends to better serve his clients. Nick believes that understanding the full spectrum of mortgage options is fundamental to a robust financial plan. He takes pride in offering strategic, customized mortgage strategies that align with his clients’ needs for both the medium and long term.

Residing in Ottawa with his wife and four young children, Nick enjoys cycling, skiing, and cherishing moments with family and friends both in Canada and his hometown of Cambridge (UK).
