Todd Fralic

Todd has been in the mortgage industry for over 16 years and is a co-owner of QMS. He has worked for one of Canada’s major banks as well as brokering and managing several mortgage companies from small independents to a national firm.   He has also had various roles for several mortgage lenders which included private and commercial lending.  He is a Past-President of the Alberta Mortgage Broker’s Association, and sat on their board of directors for over 5 years; as well as continuing to be an advisor to the Real Estate Council on various issues.  Todd’s specialty within Quantus is looking after clients in need of private financing, construction mortgages, and commercial placements.
