I began working in the financial service industry in 2005. In 2006, I became licensed in Ontario by the government’s Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) to deal exclusively in mortgages. Today I work as a mortgage agent, level 2, for Equity Plus Mortgages Inc. under the Verico Network. It is a national Canadian mortgage brokerage company with over two hundred locations and 2400 mortgage agents which collectively fund over $13 billion in mortgages annually.

I am a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada and have earned my ‘AMP’ (Accredited Mortgage Professional) designation. The AMP is a national designation for mortgage professionals in Canada. Earning the AMP designation demonstrates my commitment to providing the highest level of professional service to my clients.

My continuing education in the mortgage industry and a strong 17-year work experience have allowed me to become proficient in the mortgage lending rules, regulations with various lenders and their products. My well-established reputation with lenders and broker expertise enables me to negotiate the best-structured and best-priced mortgage product possible for my clients. Mortgage rates are important, but I believe that a great mortgage is much more than that. I recognize that every client has unique financial needs, and their mortgage has to be specifically designed to fit those individual needs.
