Julie Sheremeto

From high school math teacher to mortgage agent! Having entered the industry from a background in business, education, and mathematics, I am excited to be able to continue my career with The Mortgage Advisors team!  I have always had a strong desire to be able to help people and this new role is a wonderful opportunity to be able to continue to do so.  Solving problems has always been a passion and a part of my job - I'm thrilled to be able to continue to do so!

I was raised in Mississauga and completed my B.Sc. in Atmospheric Science at York University.  A move to Ottawa for my B.Ed. quickly turned in to 14 years of running a small business and teaching high school mathematics.  Several years then followed in Kelowna, B.C. where I taught skiing and worked as a Senior Accountant.  I will be graduating from the MMT (Masters in Mathematics for Teachers) program at the University of Waterloo this spring of 2017.
