Sheila Chase

I have been specializing in mortgages for over 24 years. I started with the Royal Bank in 1977 and moved to Ladysmith in 1988, at which time I became a branch manager. I started arranging mortgages in 1991 and successfully completed my Mortgage Brokers exam to become a licensed mortgage broker in 1995. Living in a smaller community like Ladysmith, I have the opportunity to know and understand my client’s individual needs. As I am centrally located on Vancouver Island I am able to work with clients from all parts of the island and neighboring communities. I believe in finding the best possible mortgage package for every one of my clients while paying particular attention to their individual needs.
