In 1998, after 11years of working in private lending and brokering for two different well- respected firms I started my own Brokerage. Being independent has always been important to me  and in September, 2006 my Company became a member of the Verico Network;  a national independent mortgage broker network.
There have been more changes in the mortgage industry in the past 2 years than all of the preceding years combined that I have been in the business. Now more than ever it is important for consumers to have an independent mortgage professional.  I am committed to the industry and my clients. I am a Director with IMBA and have been an instructor for the Mortgage Agent Education Course. I continually take courses or attend seminars outlining new financing techniques for both residential and commercial real estate to ensure up to date financing practices are being utilized.
