Dallas was very helpful and patient with our mortgage process. Any time of day or night he found the time to answer any questions we had for him. He found us an amazing deal! No other bank or mortgage broker was able to find us such a good deal! We definitely did our shopping around, and he got us the best bang for our buck! He has gone above and beyond for us and made our experience stress free! After the moving process, and expenses that come with it, the house inspection reimbursement greatly helped us out! We could not find another mortgage broker who paid for your house inspection. That's amazing! He also gave us tons of options when choosing a realtor, lawyer, and house inspector. Buying a house is stressful enough, so dealing with someone who adds to that stress is not easy. There are many people involved in buying home, we were lucky enough to have a great realtor, but was recommended to a mortgage broker who had made the whole process a nightmare & was beginning to make things even more stressful. She was over confident, yet very negative & not helpful at all.
